Early X'mas Pressie

I recieved an early x'mas pressie today from my wonderful hubby. He surprised me this evening with a Wii. They are sold out all over so he called around looking for one. Only 5 became availble today so my sweet baby went and lined up at 10am, without me knowing, and was 4th in line to get the Wii. He's such a sweetie pie!! I told him that I wanted the Wii as my x'mas pressie but he told me it was sold out and that we would get it next year instead. What a sneaky man...heehee. He tried to get the Wii Fit also because I wanted that too but it was sold out so tonight we will play the sports games that comes with the Wii :o)

My Concoction

Made this for dinner the other day. Steamed salmon topped with chopped green onions, ginger, sea salt and olive oil (gerng yong). Side of yummy chinese greens (yow choy). My fav greens...mmm.

When Maddi Wants Something

When Maddi wants some of the food that I am cooking she will give me this sweet face look. What a cutie pie!!

We take away Maddi's water at 8pm so that she can hold her potty for the night. When she wants water after 8pm she will sit beside her bowl rack and look at you. She also puts her head through the bowl racks looking for any drops of water that may have spilt on the tiles...haha.

Birthday Card

I made this birthday card today for my hubby's grandmother. I hope she likes it. Will pop it in the mail later tonight.

Here's the inside of the card. I luv the swirls. I used my Cricut Expressions to cut the swirls.

My Concoction

What I made for dinner last night. Rice noodles with shredded up grilled skinless boneless chicken thighs and green beans.

For dessert I heated up some frozen berries and added it to a premade angel food cake that my hubby bought from the grocery store.

For dinner tonight I made grilled sirloin steak with shrimp, snap peas and cherry tomatoes on the side.

For dessert I made a fruit salad with apples, oranges, grapes and raspberries. I luv fruit!!

My Concoction

This is what my hubby and I had for dinner tonight. I fried up some boneless & skinlees chicken tighs. Added the chicken to a mix green salad with snap peas, cucumbers and radishes. The dressing is Renee's Asian Vinaigrette. It's one of my fav's. I luv all Renee's dressings. They are all natural and oh so yummy.
For dessert I sliced up some pears and strawberries and drizzled some melted semi-sweet dark chocolate on top. It was very gooooood!
