Hey Lori, thankyou for your lovely comments on my album :o) the chipboard and rings i purchased on ebay. Chipboard seems to be quite difficult to get hold of and also quite expensive. I punched the holes using my big bite cropodile, its a great tool and i use it all the time for eyelets and hole punching etc as it is long reach. Hope you make one soon would love to see what wonderful creation you make.
Love n hugs
