I made the list of names for the design team by adding a gadget, the html one and set it up like this
Their Name , Their Name , and so on.

Hi Lo Lo! Thanks for the lovely comment you've left on my blog :) Your cards are lovely and the details are just beautiful!

To answer your questions: The paper I used for Snow Anya - I cannot remember which one because I always cut my papers into quarters in a pile or stack then just grab one when I need to stamp. It's either PTI, Neenah CS or Georgia Pacific cs.
The background for the SB (fairy) card was sponged and colored. I just made it up.
